I have recently joined EY SaT group as senior consultant recently in Netherlands. I’m tripple masters in MS economics, MBA and MS business analytics. Have 4 YOE in different industries but no M&A experience specifically. Any ideas what company should be offering me? I’ll be working as expert on commercial due diligence, FDD and valuation teams and doing automation alongside. is it wise to demand higher salary or promotion soon after I have proven that I can work and do it better than most?EY
Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

IME, most CDs I know came from copy backgrounds.
Mentor
Yes. Many of us started as writers.
I’d say most in my experience have writer BGs. Most of us art directors don’t want to have to talk all the time.
Creative Director is a title typically given to an experienced creative (writer , designer or art director) that can lead a project, provide direction and coordinate multiple team members and interface with other departments, suppliers and clients. Depending on the agency or team you belong too, this term can be used rather differently. It can represent a lead of UX or Design team in an in-house studio, or part of a senior team in an ad agency leading brand campaigns. Depending on where you are, moving up the ranks may not only depend on the growth of your skills in your field, but also your ability to articulate ideas, champion them to a broader audience and supervise their full creation. All while fulfilling short and longer term strategic, financial and broader marketing objectives. Often, because Art Directors and Designers spend more time in the “creation” process, many CDs come from copywriting, in part due to them having more “spare time” and storytelling capabilities. Hope this helps.
Creative Director is a role that almost any creative can grow into.
lol if you’re asking this you probably aren’t built for CD
Send me your details and we'll talk and you can make up your own mind whether I'm a hack or not.
Here's why you should. If I am, you've proven you're right, you win. If you don't think I'm a hack, perhaps I can offer some perspective that might help you get to CD sooner. You win.
What makes you think it just goes to designers? A lot of CD’s have copy backgrounds.
Might have been around a serious of promotions that didn't lean into your discipline. It depends what kind of shop you are and maybe the fortune has just fallen that way, but it's not a blanket rule for all.
Duh yeah! Me and CD peers. Are you Amish or residing in a cave? Get out more.
