Does internet disconnect hurt my chances of getting a job? I had a final interview today for a remote job and was practically offered the job but at the last minute of interview, my internet didn't work. When I joined 5 min later, interview had already left. I sent an email expressing apology but haven't gotten a reply. I am felling anxious. Will I get rejected because of the internet issues?

I find it very hard to get counter offers and feel guilty to even appear for interviews when I get 1 offer. What should I do?

I completed technical round of interview for Cognizant and was scheduled for L2 round. But during the L2 round, there were some technical issues with the application due to which the interviewer got a lag in my voice. So he said he would reschedule the interview. What should I do next?
