Does internet disconnect hurt my chances of getting a job? I had a final interview today for a remote job and was practically offered the job but at the last minute of interview, my internet didn't work. When I joined 5 min later, interview had already left. I sent an email expressing apology but haven't gotten a reply. I am felling anxious. Will I get rejected because of the internet issues?

Are there any scrum masters out there willing to take me on as a mentee? I recently received my CSM, but I know that is not enough to get a job. I am looking for someone to show me the ropes and help me apply what I learned in the CSM course so I can start applying for jobs within the next 6 months. I have a coworker who keeps spouting comparative odds and situations in regards to the safety of the vaccine. Such as: you're twice as likely to get hit by lightening than have blod clots from JJ. It's very annoying and I find it to be really inapprorpriate, maybe because it's pushy or just I find these comparative things to be a bit irrelevant. How does one handle something like that?
