No clawback. Fidelity offer 5k each year for people pursuing a higher education. It used to be 10k but now down to 5k. I’m not complaining since I complete my master before they did the switch.

Nope, there is no clawback terms as far as I'm aware. You just have to submit a request and get approved for it beforehand. I'm currently using it to get my MBA part-time. It's honestly one of my favorite perks.

Wow. Happy for you. Do you mind sharing the approximate tuition

Yes we have it… no clawback that I’m aware of

That’s fantastic

American citizen here. I have never really considered bringing my parents to live here permanently due to health care costs. My parents are in their 70s willing to move here if I want. What would it realistically cost to get them both good health insurance? They are both diabetic but otherwise healthy.

Conventional wisdom on current firm counter-offering when mentioning you have a few offers? I have an offer at a large firm in Miami. Current large firm has no office there but mentioned they can likely let me be there in a remote basis. BCG and a few other law blog sites have advised against accepting current firm counter-offers, e.g., likely to leave, not loyal, off partner track, etc., but would love to hear everyone’s thoughts.
