Crossroads Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. I have been with the organization almost 6 years and have accomplished achievement of my MSL (Masters Strategic Leadership) and LOVE the organization…BUT…I am not having any success in moving into a new position…my interviews are great experiences but it seems to be a pattern of not being selected yet encouraged to continue applying…received information from a mentor/manager to ask for candid feedback…when is enough…ENOUGH??

Does Natwest bank pay as competitive as Morgan Stanley Deutsche Bank. I mean Associate in MS and DB ranges from 20 to 30 lakh. However when I tried applying to Natwest expecting 40% hike (30 lpa) on current pay of 21 lakh. They straightway rejected me and said its not in their budget. Is there any financial firm which can pay as competitive to Mumbai banks. Barclays Deutsche Bank Natwest group BlackRock

Recruiter will give you a case. During interview they will ask question that they have with them (not those that are on Case). At this point you will need to walk them through your answer.
Ok so they will guide you through the case via their questions? You don’t have to walk them through a solution right away after you ask questions?
My specific case, they give you a case and they will state the business issue and they want your recommendations to solve the issue. The key is to first, confirm the issue; second, ask clarifying questions (like if they have any current data/metrics); third ask what the end goal looks like (what are they trying to improve- I.e do you want to reduce cost? Gain efficiencies in a certain area?
From there you can structure your solutions around those clarifying answers.
In my case I found that an issue tree helps a lot.
