English lawyer here. I can see that Cooley is recruiting a tech regulatory & defence attorney to join their “global team in their Brussels, London, New York, San Francisco, Chicago, or Washington, DC offices”. What does that mean? They want an attorney to work across all those jurisdictions?

Help me ask for a raise in my upcoming performance review? In sum, my company’s HQ is in Texas and I feel I’m being paid a Texas wage when I live in Los Angeles (the role is remote). We do have a San Francisco office and I want to ask my boss to match me what staff are making there. As that’s more comparable. Based off of Glassdoor, my salary matches Texas’s exactly and SF has the same role at 10k more. Should I show him the Glassdoor page? Don’t want to come off too strong. Please advise

Anyone know average salaries for 3rd year associates at small firms in San Francisco that represent government agencies and non-profit affordable housing developers? The firm has 6 associates, 7 partners and 9 of Counsel.

Has anyone at Google relocated from San Francisco to a lower cost of living city (Denver, Atlanta, Austin, Miami, etc.) ? If so, how much lower was your salary after readjustments?

Hi everyone, I’m an architectural designer (from Europe) with 1.5 yrs experience. I’m working for a practice in San Francisco, full-time from the office, getting 25 an hour. It is so expensive to live here, I am struggling to make things work. Is this a normal salary for someone of my experience or should I ask for a raise? I don’t want to be greedy but it’s so expensive out here… Thank you 🌈

My creative marketing agency, Codeword, is hiring account people! Senior Account Managers, an Account Director, and Account Managers. We work with tech clients like Google, Linktree, Qualcomm, and others. The agency has about 80 employees, but is owned by a much bigger parent company so the benefits are great! Most of the roles are based in NYC but we also have offices in San Francisco and Salt Lake City.
