Every day all work is “ugent” everything is due today or tomorrow. No time to think, to reason. Management is present only when the client is not satisfied. I was left alone at the beginning of this job to learn a job for which i did not have prior experience. I do what i can but it’s hard cause i always learn while doing things or after i have done them. My natural instinct is to assume rejection if I have conflict with a partner or don’t think my feelings are reciprocated. People in my team they don't come with me for breaks. (They blame the timings are different since they sit in crits but i don't think so because they have their own group of friends to go with)

Been with my current company 5 years now. I run my own team but have a micromanaging boss who likes to create chaos for me. He also exhibits stalker like behavior by looking up my family online (addresses, emails, phone numbers, FB/Twitter accounts, you name it) and driving by my house and commenting on things I was doing during the weekend or after work. When building a new brand, who is the actual client? Who has the final say? Who should you really listen to if no one is taking the lead? The president of the company, the original owner, the financial money partner, the third party manager? Everyone seems to have a voice, but the main contact is the underling gathering and offering their own opinion, which strangely seems to be the most on point.
