Everytime I have a fear in my mind that Cognizant will fire me. I am in project. So what should I do😶 everytime I see a post regarding layoffs, I get scared. I don't know how people work in such companies for 8-10 years without any fear.

I have a client who needs a 401k, or a solo retirement account w loan options. When I was at UBS/Ameriprise, it was no issue but now it seems tougher to find a firm that does solo 401k as a RIA's.

Currently I work for a small company that does the construction of small cell utility poles and roof top sites for the major cell carriers like VZW, T-mobile, AT&T and so on. I am a project coordinator but I do everything under the sun. Created project tracker.
