EY going IPO end of 2023. Assuming all partners vote yes this year. (Already looks like it’s happening given that leadership are marketing the benefits)

Too late

likefunny

Not to mention the “carve-out” and stand up work here could be a massive understanding that could take a year in and of itself. Late 2023 is very ambitious.

Who will be the auditor? EY? Lol

like

Part of the firm would go IPO if approved by vote. Part would stay as a partnership like now.

Too late for what? How fast do you think it could realistically happen?

Can deloitte come in for advisory work ? Would love to test compensation and see the details of comp expense

End of 2023 is almost impossible if you have done a large spin off transaction

How is ZS different from other healthcare consulting firms in terms of projects? What does it essentially specialise in?

I tried asking this in my own bowl with no responses, so seeing if other consultants have run into this situation. I’m on parental leave, I got an offer for another firm, great opportunity and pay. How does one go about a resignation mid-leave when you would start the new job before the leave ends? Two weeks notice or just say I am not returning effective the day of the new job? Any things to consider besides potentially repaying the employer healthcare premium?

I need some insight. Just had a phone interview for a management job in healthcare. I felt comfortable and felt like the interview went well. I ask questions and the ACNO said that I asked great questions. They said that they had other interviews to do as well but said the next step is to bring me in for an on-site interview (I live 1,000 miles away) and that the recruiter would be reaching out. Thoughts? I’m going to drive myself crazy analyzing everything.
