What are base salaries at for B4 M1s in FDD now?
Hey fishes,
I have given the interview in Hexaware and later on I got the email to fill the CAF form which is also done. Nos it's been 20 days and no call, no e-mail at all! I can see the status as offet pending.
I am on notice period and I have only 1 month remaining.
Is it like, hexaware will release the offer at the end time or something! Because I'm eagerly waiting for the offer as I don't have much time now!

Depends upon the team. If you're in a specialist role, might be long promotion cycles. But tbh, if I came in as manager at say 180 at EY, I would be trying to make a case for senior manager more or less immediately (assuming I joined early in the annual promotion cycle). Most EY senior managers I have encountered in the US, with the exception of some who have gone in and out of industry, are not very experienced. I was a manager there and found myself unable to learn basically anything from them (With a couple of exceptions), as a lot of them had less experience than me. But may depend on the practice, as I was in M&A. Advisory PI may be different.
I never heard of a manager in either TAS or Advisory making 220k. In Parthenon-EY perhaps. Senior managers in TAS can go as high as 290-300k i believe, but when you are up there, you should start thinking about getting to partner ASAP, as people will be grilling you each year for your sales numbers anyways. Just seems like a shitty position to be in.
Consultant 1 doesn't know what he/she is talking about
@M1 - TAS is in high demand right now.. def can push to 220-230 for the right candidate
OP, is this in the PI-Digital-Customer group? I was interviewing at EY too. Good luck to you.
One thing on the paternity/maternity policy. It is 16 weeks but you need to be considered the “primary caregiver” to take the full benefit. That means your partner must be working at least part time or in school at the time you want to take the benefit.
What level of manager? Do you have an MBA? How much experience?
No, that is definitely not realistic... you’ll be lucky if they can match
EY also doesn't value MBAs at all
Correction EY doesn't value MBA's at manager or above
Also I've read good things about other benefits like vacation and paternity. Can you confirm?
Wow. That's pretty solid.
You'll only get that at Deloitte Consulting at manager level
Well I guess that I better have made an especially good impression. 😁
Agree with EY5. If you do get hired, don't expect a raise for 3 years
That's a really good point. And promotion cycles are long, right?
What’s PI? Newer to the firm.
It's performance improvement, right? That's where I'm being recruited into.
You would be the exception if they offer you base around 200. In addition bonus at EY at manager level tops out around 10%.
D1 - Is $190 realistic?
SM's 260+ or so
What type of work does TAS do?
