The company said the case managers are the backbone to their organization. Is the workload much greater than the in home nurse? Currently going through the hiring process for a role in San Francisco. They told me the starting base was $110K, but this sounds like pennies in a city like San Francisco! I am concerned that if I make it through I’ll basically be poor in such an expensive city, not to mention the taxes. I also have a baby so child care I am sure is expensive. Not sure if it would make sense. Advice?
