So managing director rather than director (low-level mgmt)? The jump from MD to PP is rare, while the D to SD to PP process is be awesome, do your time, make lots of sales and 10ish years later enjoy PP. It seems there has been a bigger push lately to get more MDs than PPs as to not dilute the PPs.

What is PP? EYP director = ACN strategy SM or M?

EMEA, seems it’s SM -> Director -> Partner here

Execute and sell like a king and shmooze your way up the ladder. That’s how you make it. I’ve seen mixed demand given the ridiculously high rates. My humble opinion is that it’s too commercialized and just not worth being a partner. I’ve see. Partners being kicked out the return of investment is too long and under hood conditions. Do your due diligence! Oh the irony. My 2 cents is to get in with a high growth PE and spang your wings
