Need advice. Have some credit card debt that I’ve been working to pay off. Have made progress but want to lower it quickly. We have dual income, with a house (~$300k in equity), 1 kid and 1 on the way. I’ve looked into debt consolidation via HELOC but also have ~$80k in vested equity in my company that I haven’t touched. Wow...Massive layoffs at PwC continue. Just saw 3 of my colleagues get canned.

We use Deloitte India for a number of parts of our delivery. Recently I have seen some unethical practices that violate labor laws and do not align with Deloitte principles. My manager says it isn’t my problem as they are a vendor but I can’t help thinking I have an ethical responsibility to do something. Any advice as to how to approach this without being fired?

AA delayed a flight 7 hours on Saturday before cancelling it and giving us no help, monetary or otherwise, in finding lodging. Rebooked Sunday for a very early flight, got home 24 hours late.
