Had some great interviews last month with positive feedback only to still get rejected in the end 😓 I know I’m not alone in this frustration, I’ve been speaking to so many job seekers looking for an opportunity. Seems like companies aren’t willing to give us a chance to show what we can do. Would love to know how I can make myself more marketable.

One thing we've been getting a lot of feedback about is recruiter "ghosting". While we try to avoid having anyone feel like they're not being communicated with, sometimes emails end up in spam folders, and sometimes things just take longer than expected. Has anyone found a good way to help mitigate this issue?

Been searching for work for about 2 months now, and I can’t tell what companies are looking for anymore. I have 2+ years as an AE full cycle. And I get rejected left and right. My resume is up to date, I’m applying non stop, what else can I do?

.they asked whether they can schedule interview on Wednesday....i said Yes.

But somehow I get schedule cancellation e-mail on or before Tuesday & the process continues from last 1.5 months

Hello, looking for a bit of advice. I have applied to about 30 positions in the last two weeks and have not gotten any interviews. I have 7 years of military supply chain experience, plus a year and a half outside of the military. I am an inventory control manager currently, and have applied to positions like demand planner, supply chain manager, supply planner, and other manager positions.
