Hey Fishes Need some insight on the CTC offered by EPAM Systems. 1. What all is included in their fixed part (PF, gratuity, Medical, Food coupon etc?) 2. What is percentage of basic pay from the overall fixed part? Like 40%, 50% 3. Are there any components which are not included in CTC but paid over and above? 4. Why the recruiting market is so bad???
When you wake up and realize it's Saturday again
Deloitte I have been on my current project since September 2020, and am feeling some burn out. My current contract ends at the end of this month. I am considering sitting on the bench for some weeks, maybe a month to rest. Is that pushing it? How long is too long? My utilization rate is currently in the 90ish range.
Let me get this straight
You once worked for ACN India and stiffed ACN by not staying for entire notice period when you decided to leave. You lied to ACN by saying you had a medical issue when you really were joining another firm. You collected an additional 2 months of pay from ACN while you were working for another firm. You’ve removed any history of working for ACN India from your resume. Now you want to work for ACN in the US.
If this is correct, I hope someone from ACN is watching
I am pretty sure ACN would keep paperwork. But stiffing your employer is never a good idea.
You can claim documentation issues for the disconnect. I would show the actual ACN dates and adjust the new employer dates by 2 months.
When someone absconds in India, HR does take it seriously and will have in all possibility noted that in your record. US will carry out background checks and there is a high possibility it will turn up.
Even if they miss it and you get the job, you never know when it might come up again...
I would work for someone else: it’s all the same anyway.
reliving letter which overlaps my employment with another company. I don’t have ACN employment info in my resume. Do I have a chance to join ACN US?
I know I was an idiot to do such thing. 😞
I was put on bench 2 months straight and was asked to take physical attendance of folks on bench etc and just before I was about to quit, i was put on a project with different technology. So I had abscond in a bad way..
How did you manage the reliving letter with 2 month timeline when you quit in between? And why did ACN India gave the reliving letter with wrong dates? Should not they give you till the time you quit. Or am I missing something here ?
On ACN records.. It’s clean exit. Only issue is the last two months of ACN overlaps with first two months of my next job. So I had removed it from resume.
I didn’t get pay for those two months because i was on loss of pay.. didn’t login to ACN systems or anything else..
