I have recovered from Corona Virus. Its 6 weeks now and I can tell you that the after effects are real. I have anxiety that I will never get over the fatigue, brain fog, inability to form sentences and words and headaches which make my work days very difficult to get thru.

Comforting others:
When someone tells me bad news regarding their health, I say everything I am supposed to say (I’m sorry to hear that, I’m here for you, etc) EXCEPT “everything is going to be ok”. Because I can’t guarantee that and I really don’t know if everything is going to be ok. I was taken aback recently when a friend told me I am calloused and cold-hearted for not being able to say those words. Is she right? Should I start saying this for the purposes of providing comfort only??

We are planning to try conceiving in a month. Have been taking prenatal since 20 days. I got ovulation test kit recently. Planning to reduce workout intensity (am lifting usually) during the weeks between trying and testing for pregnancy. I have started reducing caffeine already. I’m looking at lessons with a pro. They offer packs of 30 min (6-pack) and 60 min (3-pack) sessions. Is there a benefit to one over the other? Is 30 too short or 60 too long?

I’ve never taken lessons before, just played my whole life. I’m a mid 80s golfer trying to get more consistent and break into the high 70s.

Bought my first club set online (used to rent) and I was bending a lot more than usual. Stopped by PGA store and found out I need 1” long clubs, so I returned my set and am on the lookout for new clubs. Any advice for 1” long beginner sets? Don’t seem to see that many online and there wasn’t much choice at the store…
