Folks, how is the work pressure at EY India Tech Consulting wing for a Consultant position associate? Been hearing alot of negative reviews out on the internet. Anyone from EY can comment on this? I'm used to working 8-9hours thanks to being in a shorthanded team always or managing my work within the said time but the reviews just seem scary enough 😑

Do large law firms really recieve enough applications for a position that they cannot follow up when someone reaches out to check on thier application? I get that if you have to reach out, they probably weren't interested anyways, I'm just curious why there is a practice of just leaving applicants in the wind. And also, how does one go about finding out why they were rejected, if thier qualifications are "impressive"?

She has been on the bench for 2 months and was informed that there has been a shortage of jobs (within the job) and the amount of people on the bench is getting high. So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

I have 7 YOE. I got an offer from Wipro. Getting C1 Band. They are giving decent hike(26 lpa). But I am not getting any reply from other companies(Sopa banking, CoForge etc.) when I apply through naukri or email them resume with details. Is it because of high CTC which is 20 lpa in current company? It seems that many good companies also have hard budget constraints.

In India, it seems most of the Captive/Product Companies are in Banking Finance.. especially in Pune and Mumbai.. I just know Iqvia, Legato and GE Healthcare.. but all are in Bangalore.. any companies in Pune location as well? I'm mostly a technical person, but worked with mostly Healthcare clients
