From an American interested in a potential move to the UK….what are job titles equivalent to “account director” I should be on the lookout for or is it near the same? Appreciate any help for job hunting!!

Is it a wise decision to move from big4 to WITCH companies or mid sized product companies like Arrow electronics, Emerson just for the sake of pay rise. Why if you are on H1B is so much problematic for vendors looking for contractors ? Vendors keep on asking to join on W2 rather that Corp to Corp although for employees on H1B we cannot join on W2 due to immigration issues. Point being does it matter for end client , if the contractor is coming as W2 or not ?
