Generally, when somebody makes a comment about me being "just an admin", I roll my eyes because I know they just don't know what I do. But this week I've been sick and feeling feisty. So when somebody made that sort of comment, I replied with "My actual title is senior VP". Mostly to show that I'm considered on the executive leadership team and they are several levels below where I'm at.

How do you handle these kinds of comments?

So I have been seeing a guy for 4 months. We have a pay disparity.. he earns less than I do (by quite a bit). He has mentioned a few times that he’s worried I’ll get bored of him when I know he can’t afford the same things I can. Hi- I’m an hourly AA, been on the role for 6 months now and it’s my first AA job. I did not get a raise when I took the job because it was technically a demotion ( I was a team leader at a contact center).
