Considering it feels nearly impossible to get hired at one for the last 2 years (and having 5+ years of exp with big clients), I’d say yeah.
I’ve made it to offer round 3 times at different agencies and then they’ve said some variation of “Oof, actually we don’t have the budget anymore.”
Then why tf are you looking for workers??
