Going for an Enterprise Sales Manager role in telecom and managed services. I'll have a team of 6 Enterprise Account Executives ensuring they hit quota and the team doesn't exist yet - I have to find the players and the play book is already written. The base is $150-$160K and bonuses are $70K guaranteed for the first year, more if we exceed quota. Guarantee drops month 13. There may also be another $25K in stock options. Is this comp below average, average, or better than average?
