Hey Fishes, I have resigned from EPAM systems and got an offer from Nokia with an increase of around 25%, Now EPAM is trying to get me back as they and the Client thinks that I’m one of their valuable asset. EPAM is ready to Match the offer but still….. confusing mind for retention and all. Please help me with thoughts !EPAM Systems

When you get mid year promoted to manager, you get the 25% manager bonus in April. So that would cut your wait time by 6 months!!
Also, at this point, you might as well stay because the jobs you will get having manager on your resume will be MUCH better.
Just cause you're a mid year promote to senior doesn't mean you will be to manager. In fact, mid year manager promotes are pretty rare. Either way, it's worth it to stay till manager (for the bonus and experience).
I've already been told I should get it next December so not worried about timing
Decide based on your career/financial/life goals. If you've got a kid or spouse that you're neglecting because of your job quit now. If you are in good health and like your job but don't see yourself in it forever, it may be worth it to stick it out to manager.
