I received an offer (28 Lakhs + 3.9 Lakhs incentive) from Novartis for Sr Project Manager yesterday. This was just 13.6% more than my current earnings as Project Manager. I've given the reasons why I deserve at least 30% to HR. In response to that, HR has sent 2nd offer i.e. 29 Lakhs + 4 Lakhs incentive + 50k sign-on bonus. The 2nd offer is just 18.2% higher than my current earnings. Need your suggestion, if I could still negotiate with HR to finalize deal by asking for 25% hike?

HELP! When using other offers to negotiate salary, does the employer usually ask for proof of your other offers that you mentioned? I’m super new to this so I’m just curious.

Also, if they do ask to show proof, is that a red flag? Or is that pretty common? If so, I imagine I’d just block out the company name and stuff like that?

What types of work accommodations can help people with ADHD? Less than 3 million BTC left to be mined. What happens to the value of BTC once all 21 million are mined? If it’s not really an efficient payment medium, then is there a max value based on the supply/demand? To clarify, once the supply limit is reached what dictates that btc will continue increasing in value if demand should remain the same (as it’s not a practical payment medium)? Furthermore, is there a way to calculate the approx value of BTC demand once max supply is reached?
