Got a job as a portfolio analyst less than a year ago. The role however is much more admin focused than excepted and I worry about the types of skills I am building and whether they can be transferable to other companies. They will however pay for my CFA. But how worthile is having a CFA if I don’t have transferable skills? For reference I make 80k w 25% variable bonus Assoc. PM role you’re looking at 115k base roughly 30% variable bonus. Should I stick it out here and sit for CFA?

Hi fishes, my previous employer has not given me the money for Earned Leaves, they are saying it's not in their policy.. I have a variable bonus of 100000. Out of this they have given only 19,000 in the month of December after 6 months of joining...But they are not giving me any bonus after completing 1 year and 2 months.. They have stopped my appraisal as well...

So in total, I lost my appraisal money, bonus and Earned Leaves money... I feel betrayed and cheated...

I am currently working as a Data Science Analyst in Amex and would like to make a switch to Fraud detection/Credit risk modelling in future.(not in a hurry but would like to start preparing for the same)
How should I go about preparing for it? Is MBA the only course?
My current tech stack is Python, Pyspark, Hive, SQL, ML, DL(specifically NLP based). I have already done MS in CS from IIT Kgp.

Hey guys, so I have competing offers. One at Bank of America for 124, and one at Allspring for 110.

Does anybody work at Allspring? They did not provide any information regarding benefits, 401k match, or any annual bonus structure. I was told, verbally, that the Bank of America bonus is something like 15 to 20%, but nothing in writing.
