Got an offer for senior staff TPM at Intuit

Base 220k. Bonus 20%. Initial stock grant is 150K vesting over 4 years

Pls suggest what would be a good offer at this level so I can negotiate.

Also I am confused what is the stock refreshers I get from next year. This data will also help me evaluate the offer

I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.
Did I just do a mistake by quoting too high a number? Please let me know your opinions.

Not NYC but in a market that was recently bumped up to the previous Cravath scale market. Base is obviously set. I work in insurance. I was working for an Allstate agent and was fired the day after my grandmothers funeral for being “unenthusiastic in our morning meeting”. I’m currently in a lease admin type role, in commercial real estate. I make a base salary of $50.5K with about $9k in bonuses. I’ve continuously received 7-10% raises over the last 3 years. I anticipate getting a promotion this year and would like to get closer to $60k for my base salary.
