Got an offer from Bloomberg for a product manager role in NYC. Current M salary at ACN is $170k with negligible bonus. Bloomberg offer is $175K with sign on of $25K. Financially not as much of an incentive to transfer. Anyone know if I should try and get Bloomberg to go higher or am I already at the upper band for this role?

Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.
