OP is likely a partner. I haven’t seen anything too crazy to write home about posted here.
Honestly it looks like people got close to where they should be if we had a normal raise year last year instead of COVID, many still aren’t where they would have been if COVID hadn’t happened.
Lol
PwC crushed it in my opinion. Not sure if that’s across all offices but I was happy and some of my colleagues got huge market adjustments
I think so too with that 10k+ market adjustment across the board after raises
"I'm ready to be hurt again" - Michael Scott - KPMG 1
You can’t get hurt if you always expect the worst.
I’d barely consider that a pull through.
What’s the situation at GT?
A2 18% raise 14.5% bonus HCOL meets
Very bad at uncle D. New tax managers in the South region are at 80k. There are first year seniors at other firms in the region making comparable salaries
Yeah it’s low enough to where I’m leaving in a few months. I thought it might just be me but then I checked in with other people my level and my director and that’s what they are paying everyone this year. Two years ago base for a tax manager 1 at Deloitte was about 88-95 in this region. I’m leaving for 120k.
OP is from HR or is just trying to get that sweet referral bonus that’s been dangled over our heads for awhile now. I definitely haven’t seen anything worth talking about.
Give us some context so we can compare
Hopefully it was better than RSM 😬
But we got steak
Waiting for you to drop some GT numbers…
S1>S2. Meets expectations rating. 14% raise and 18% bonus in a LCOL city. New salary of 81k. I'm very pleased
Please tell me your advisory and not audit or I’m going to lose my mind. I have the same stats but MCOL and a 9% increase and 9% bonus. I cant tell what is normal or worth being annoyed about
Any audit numbers? Advisory seems to get paid better across firms.
EY doesn’t find out for 3 more weeks. Hopefully it’s good.
S2 tax. South East. 20% raise. 11% bonus
Risk advisory
Audit M3 > SM, rated Meets Expectations. 12% raise, 10% bonus. both were kind of on the low end of my expectations, especially the bonus given how they hyped bonuses all year long as going to be "3x higher" than the normal amount this year to make up for no raises last year
