Just sharing my anxiety problem.
I joined a new organisation in Dec’22 but left it due to not coping up with my anxiety problem in Feb’23
I was just not able to function and started skipping all meals for the day and just used to eat dinner. Now, I am again in the market but my anxiety is still the same, I will be going for professional help once I land a job. Just hope everything gets better for me

Been working out every day and feel awesome. If I miss a couple days I remember how work was prior to working out (sucked). Anyways, get your fitness on! Highly recommend.

Does anyone get so anxious about work that they can’t eat? The thought of food just makes you want to puke? How to manage? Skipping meals/not eating for a day is unhealthy and will cause weight gain

How open are mental health discussions in your families? Whether it be talking about your struggles or suggesting therapy to family members? Anyone done it successfully and mind sharing ideas here?

My uncle I met a week ago suddenly died. He hid his heart condition from his wife, my aunt. He was having tea in the morning when he had a stroke. She did not have a last word or consider the possibility that he’d pass away so suddenly and soon. She is beating herself up over how he left and they didn’t have a chance to talk that morning. Fishes, sharing this so you call your loved ones today and not take people for granted.

Been living in a luxury building for about a year and start noticing that I have a mild cough when I’m in the building. Thought it’s just something residual after my cold but then I went for a week out of town and it disappeared completely only to start again when I got back and stepped into my building. Anyone experienced anything like that? I’m not going crazy, am I?

I’m around 21 weeks and have been dealing with a lot of leg, tailbone, back, and general muscle pain. Deloitte has removed the vaccine requirement to enter the office, but there are still many Deloitte employees who are unvaccinated. Is anyone concerned that we have let these people win? I feel under qualified at work but I also don’t know how much of it is in my head or in reality. I head a team and they seem to be happy… but I’m also personally not satisfied what we’re delivering is enough… so I have this weird mixed feeling of the stuff we’re doing not really being that stretching, but at the same time I feel out of my depth. First post, not sure if this is the best bowl to use but here goes. I’m wondering if anyone can share a bit about their experience working at MongoDB. I have seen they are hiring for many roles and am curious to hear about their experience. In particular, I would like to hear about software engineer roles.
