soo my sleep schedule is effed up, i keep trying to wake up early-ish (7am) but i’m lacking motivation and i wake up tired 😴
i stumbled upon this article that talked about this book. we always hear about the “secret” of strong leaders is that they wake up early. has anyone read this/tried it out?

FWIW I’m throwing around getting a prepaid membership at a 24 hour fitness somewhere.
OP - I’ve done exactly that, temp memberships at various gyms depending on how long I’ll be traveling there. Usually cheaper than day passes

Temp memberships, class pass, do a new "trial week" every week, OTF, Xfit, any of the cycling classes, rock climbing gyms, or YMCA
I have a 24 hour fitness membership and that’s super helpful because I go to multiple client locations in the same area every week.
I was lucky and got a old plan with 24 that I now pay $20 for the year...although I've yet to use it while travelling.
I'd suggest equinox or planet fitness

I’d take it as an opportunity to do some real fitness by dropping in on a Crossfit class
