I am also a Housing Case Manager at a small for profit company based in Eastern Washington but I am a Seattle Case Manager I make $23/hr. Offer help - yesterday I’ve received an offer from DataDog for Services Architect 3 role on their expert services team (ProServe) - pre sale solution and engagement.

Offer was as follows Base: 155k RSU: 22.5k (90k total over 4 years, 1 year cliff).

I currently make 170k base + ISO (private company so kinda hard to evaluate). I’m 4.5 YOE

I said it needs to be more in 210-220 range in order to switch. She’s going to talk to the manager on Monday and get back to me.

TD / RBC AVP, 160 - 170K Base 50% bonus + stock, etc.
CPPIB D, 150 - 170K base 50% bonus
CPPIB MD, 180 - 200K base 100% bonus (yes, 100%)
Magna, MGR 175K base max
SAKS Off 5th (US), D, 190K Base 15% bonus
MLSE D, 140 - 160K,
Kainos, architect, 190K base max.

I ended up with a US based HR tech firm, Architect: 230K CAD 15% bonus stock options.
