Bain & Company Hi all, I am interested in making the move to the Middle East, however starting from august/September. What do you think are the prospects for the future in the region? Do you envisage a hiring freeze or are companies still going strong? Thanks!McKinsey & Company Boston Consulting Group Kearney Bain & Company

My bad, should have been more clear. Its 508 units.
508K In RSUs? That’s huge. I’d imagine that value, especially Amazon stock, is a lot more than you make now. So it depends on what you value. I personally think that’s insane
Lol ok - sassy comment. Be a little clearer in your posts.
OP, you meant 508 stocks or $508k worth of stock?
How much YOE do you have? You said it's a non tech role? What's the average pay for the role in your market?
Sounds like $60k in RSU? So around 191 total comp. 18% would then be a $35k adjustment? Typically, Worst they can say is no.
My opinion is really be honest to yourself about what you need. If you’re going to take the job anyway at that number and you’re just trying to squeeze then be careful. If you absolutely need to make $225 total comp or it’s a no go then be confident and ask for that. Is there relocation involved?
I think I missed to add something, sorry. It’s 146K total. My basepay is at 120K.
Yes relocation is offered.
Are you moving from a high cost of living area? If you're moving from Atlanta to Nashville then Nashville is roughly 10% lower in cost of living
Amazon doesn't typically negotiate very much, they have very structured pay. But it doesn't hurt to ask. Once you are in the job though, they will still keep you within the pay band slated for your role. So it might mean less of an increase until you're promoted.
What’s the job title?
