Hi,
I had received a shortlisting call from Axis Bank. The HR told me link will be shared where I need to update my documents.
I didn't receive any link and HR confirmed that there is some system issue hence link has not come.
Now, it has been 4-5 days, HR is not receiving my calls.
Is someone aware about such issue with Axis Bank HR portal? Axis Bank Ltd

Anyone with insight on Tyson Mendes?
Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm thankful I found the position I'm currently in over a year ago, but I totally get it! I was looking for the right position for a year as well, and there was so much ghosting! I'd have fantastic interviews sometimes and then crickets. Even went through 7 interviews at one company just to hear silence. It's not even hard to send a quick email saying they went with someone else. I lose respect for companies that ghost.
Keep it up. Something great will come your way!
I have experienced the same thing the past few years. I had a phone interview scheduled for this past Thursday and they did not call. Definitely ghosting is much more common now. I see it as a lack of respect. It takes less than a minute to write an email.
I had an in-house recruiter from a company, call me *unsolicited* on a Thursday with an amazing sounding opportunity. He found me on LinkedIn and thought I’d be a good. After some conversation he was very excited and said he wanted to get me in front of the executive and interview panel ASAP, but needed to confirm their availability early the next week. I didn’t hear back and followed up on LinkedIn. He ignored my messages, wouldn’t return my calls and left me hanging. The most annoying part was that he was the one who reached out to me. Like the other comments on the topic, it’s not that hard to just give a simple response and say “as it turns out we’re going a different direction - apologies for wasting your time…“. I don’t care if I applied and I never get a response. No response is a response in a way. But if you have reached out to me and we have had engagement, it doesn’t take much to have a cut/paste response ready for those people that you don’t move forward with, and if it’s a matter of volume, if they learn how to use outlook, they could do a canned response, email via mail merge from the spreadsheet, where they track who their interviewing and moving forward with and who they’re not.
I can’t help but feel like this is just one more aspect of the world racing Downward toward mediocrity. There’s no integrity or quality in so many aspects of the world we live in today. It’s really sad for those of us who remember when it wasn’t so bad. It’s even sadder for those who don’t know any different.
