I.e favors white men over minority women? 🤔
Mines weird. Woman who favors white men.
Never had that problem, but 100% talk to HR

S&1 what will the ethics hotline do? It's open favoritism towards one very junior white male, which many other people in the practice have noticed. The Partner is in her late 40s, so she should know better than this.
I am just very tired of dealing with this issue so putting it on here so HR can see. She does not properly advocate for other people's ratings and promotions at CRT, because she is focused on aforementioned white dude to an unhealthy degree.
This is an NY FS partner, for HR identification purposes.

Also the Partner is relatively new to the firm, i.e not a PwC lifer. It's possible she is unaware this type of open favoritism is not in line with PwC's values of diversity and inclusion.
Said Partner also goes around the firm making a big deal about how she supports women. 😡
