Not therapy. I’m trying this: I have been distancing myself (yup even though WFH) and reducing meetings and calls with certain people or eliminating some one on one sessions with certain people. I’m slowly feeling more positive, less stressed. Good luck!
Same here. Just no longer engaging with certain people has helped.

Me! 🙋♀️ My burnout was awful the last few months. My doctor tried to help me figure out if it was physical or mental health issues. Your brain is VERY powerful. 🧠 When your mental health symptoms start affecting your work and daily life, you gotta make time to figure it out. I wasn’t sleeping and couldn’t focus at work, which was SUPER unusual for me. 👀 I cycled through a couple therapists at BetterHelp, but I’m SO happy with my current therapist. You MATTER and you deserve to feel better. This year has been hard and weird for everyone. It’s okay if we need some help processing it. The end of this week marks 1 year of our company working from home. It was supposed to be 2 weeks. 😳
Yup. Been talking with a counselor. But tbh, nothing really helped until i took time off from work. But i was glad that i had started the sessions before taking 4 weeks off and i Kelly then up.
Yes, I joined BetterHelp for work stress. Needed someone to talk to who wasn’t a family or friend and could give me objective feedback. It helped but I wasn’t on it long before my company had a massive layoff, myself included. But I recommend!
🙋🏻♂️at first it was for something else but then it turned into me working with my therapist on how to deal with work related stress, navigating tough situations and dealing with difficult people at work.

Yes, COVID has brought so many different challenges I am now having weekly sessions and I find it is helping. Good luck to you.
I’ve been in therapy for years and it’s been the single most helpful thing I’ve done for myself, in many areas but especially work-related stress (helped me get away from a few terrible individuals)
