Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?

I did! And I’m so happy I made the switch. Yes the pay was an adjustment but after 4-5 months I started getting used to the new pay and navigating. It is not worth living life stressed for more money

Yep, I’ve been there! Took a pay cut for less stress, and honestly, it was worth it. I ate better, slept better, and finally felt like myself again. Balance matters!

I dont know that I could take less, but I've taken a lateral move.

Same! Many times. For me these moves did ultimately strengthened what I will and won’t tolerate (just for myself) and it led me to continuous learning opportunities in the process. I never saw it as a bad thing. Too bad I didn’t take my own advice and get out of education a tad earlier than I did 😬
In the process on doing that now. Taking a huge pay cut but I know my mental health and overall wellbeing will improve as a result!!
Yes and it was the best decision I ever made. I would really recommend reading “Clear Thinking” by Shane Parrish to help with making important decisions like this. It’s really important to consider what is best for you. 🤍
Yes. I went from laundry to Autoclave Specialist. I made no over time, but I was allowed to take vacation. I miss the OT money, but pushing 400lb carts all day was not fun. My feet wrote me a thank you letter.
I did and I have never been happier OP. I would highly suggest it if you are thinking about it and can afford to do it.
