If I have a Master’s, would it be worth it to go get an MBA once I’m eligible? Do you think not having one will hinder me as I progress/if I decide to exit to industry? I’ve also seen it mentioned that McKinsey has been cutting back on some of the perks, could anyone go into further detail please? Thank you

Curently I'm an undergrad student and an MBA student. I started my bachelor's in Aug 2020, from which I graduate in Dec 2022. I started my MBA classes in Jan 2022, from which I graduate in Dec 2023. I want to apply to Amazon as an MBA intern, but it requires the following basic qualification: 3+ years of experience which occurred after completing undergrad and before starting MBA. For those of you with high functioning triads, what makes your engineering lead standout? I am in a product team where the engineering lead was a good developer who was promoted into role when the previous lead left. They are a good IC, but have trouble staying out of the weeds and I don't feel like the engineers have enough thought leadership.
