Has anyone worked in experiential or event management? Any (resume, interview, general) tips for a traditional AE trying to transition to experiential?

I work in experiential. Talk about some of your favorite projects and also how you’re budgets and timelines for experiential are way different than a typical AOR campaign. It’s all about the right story for the experience and the right producer from the beginning, so creative and production are your biggest allies and confidants.
