Have 2 offers between ACN and Deloitte that are pretty comparable in pay ($5k difference - ACN higher). ACN is offering me a Manager (possibility of more stress, responsibilities) position, while Deloitte is offering me a SC (less stress/less responsibilities) position. Who would you go with? Also, is it weird that Deloitte is paying almost the same for a more junior position?

I don't know if this is a recent change but I’m seeing postings for junior copywriter/community manager roles. Have these roles always been attached or posted at a junior level? Is this merged role worth considering as someone young in the industry with more traditional intern and freelance copy experience.

My wife and I just had our second child, and we have also been dealing with her cervical cancer diagnosis. It has been a stressful year, to say the least. A couple of decades in this field and now I want to just walk away. The grind in tech is soul-destroying, and the vast majority of the time, coworkers outside of UX have no idea what it is, what it’s for, and how it’s applied.
