Have anyone understood why the stupid system of companies ask to upload your resume and the next step is to fill out all your information? I hate so freaking much to do this. Even worse when sometimes automatically the paga update and delete the info you already had filled out.

Anyone have slow months where you burn through a lot of your allotted pro bono/professional development hours to keep hitting minimum daily hours? The past few weeks have been like this for me. Should I be concerned (I.e., will this reflect poorly on me, come review time? Will I have dug myself too much of a hole if I keep burning my non-billable hours?) I’ve been asking partners if I can assist in any projects so I can fill my plate, but I’ve only gotten small (4-6 hour) tasks handed my way.

However said I already graduated school when I am in reality a month away from graduating. The company sent over the contract and start date at the same time as the background check.
