Have you ever started a new job and felt like you were walking into chaos? Three weeks in, I’m being screamed at for asking questions, told to "look it up" because there’s no clear guidance, and constantly compared to the former paralegal who apparently knew everything. Oh yeah, and I have 10 YOE, so not a brand-new paralegal at all. Is it just me, or should I be looking for an exit?

They offer two options: the “traditional” course (which lasts around 2.5 months) and an extended 6-month course. The difference in price is substantial – 2.5k for the traditional course vs 6k for the extended one. Any thoughts/recommendations on which one I should take? Should a DevOps Cloud Engineer with 2 years experience earning around 10 LPA (base salary) in a Fortune 200, switch to a startup which pays almost 20 LPA base salary?
The reason to ask this question is, wouldn't it be difficult at the time of second switch, to move to another big organisation after one is already at 20-24 LPA with just 3-4 years of experience at a startup?

I did it! I got an in-house Paralegal position after years of working and being burned out at different law firms. I was going to leave the legal field all together because I was so burned out and depressed, but I decided to give the field one more chance if I was able to go in-house. Prayerfully, this transition will be a good one.

He says he wants me to help with discovery but when I offer to start on one, he says he needs to do it.
