Please help me to take a decision. I have been offered by below companies. I'm keeping wlb , job security, and salary in mind.

EY ( Morgan Stanley client) : 14 LPA fixed.
FIS global : 13.5 (including 10% variable pay).
Societe general : 11.1 LPA

All are for Bangalore location.

FIS has assured me that they would revise my salary based on the offer letter which I show them.
TOE : 3.5 yrs.

Please need your suggestions

Through a lot of comp discussions I heard a lot of talk of “making you whole” when things get better. Am I drinking the kool-aid by believing this? Is this just meant to prevent further questions that the firm does not know the answer to?

Apart from hikes how is the promotion policy in oracle. Can I expect as senior software engineer role after 2 years atleast?

what is the pay range for role - manager 1 assurance at pwc sdc kolkata?i have 6.5 yoe and joined at 21lpa + 10% vp, four months back. managers from other big 4 start around 28lpa. does sdc kolkata pay m1 this much only or have they underpaid me? i am considering dropping paper and looking out again.

Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package. My wife currently doesn't have any offer for Germany and might need to search for a job after reaching there. Is it worth? Need your suggestions please.

I’m having a super hard time finding a job in pharma R&D, all the jobs available seem to be analytical - I have 4 years experience working in a lab (3yrs at a CRO & 1yr working as an associate scientist on a drug product development team). I got an offer for a senior research associate ($60k) but I currently am an associate scientist in MD making $75k. Do R&D pharma jobs exist in the Denver/Boulder area? Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't it more advantageous to have low housing prices and higher interest rate? If that's the case, you can always refinance when/if the interest rate lowers again. Is there something I'm not seeing?

1. Buy a condo complex.
2. Put the land under said condos into a land conservatorship (for taxes)
3. Rent condos at discounted rates (for taxes)
4. A small fee of the rent goes to a trust as a land conservation fee in perpetuity (for tax reasons)
5. Have another business generating revenue to offset this.

Due to a family situation we are looking to move to a different state. Normally we would sell our current home and buy a new home in our new location. However, with todays prices and interest, will it make more sense to rent out our current home and rent a home ourselves vs. selling and buying immediately when we move? We are moving from Vegas to Sacramento and we are not sure how long we would stay in the new area. Thoughts?

What does an exit from Salesforce consulting look like? I’m in a technical role leading a small team so my understanding is a technical/solution architect or a development team lead at either Salesforce or an end user like Amazon/Amex.

I have bounced around a couple consulting companies so would prefer not to do it again. Total 4 YOE.
