I have received two offers one is from UST and the other is from EPAM,
The CTC offered is almost the same for both of them but for epam my client round is pending and the same is confirmed for UST which is EQUIFAX.
Since my joining us down the line I need to decide which one to join first.
Any suggestions here?

My current project winds up on 31st December 2022. If I resign by mid/end of this month(expecting a few offers), would CG persist with the 90 day notice period with me serving majority off those on the bench or would they consider releasing early once the client stops paying? #Capgemini #NoticePeriod

Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. What shall be the next steps, shall I wait for some days or start looking for other jobs as getting a project looks difficult as there are minimalist responses.

Has anyone moved from consulting to a project management role within industry?

I am a ReactJS developer (frontend) with 3.8 years of experience. I currently switched my company but they don't have an opening for ReactJS and kept me on a bench for 3 months and they are telling me now to learn AEM technology and work on the AEM project for now.
They hired me for a package of 16 LPA.
So my questions are is it a good technology to learn? Should I say yes and have a career in it?
Will I get the same package like ReactJS or less? What is future if compared with React?

Why if you are on H1B is so much problematic for vendors looking for contractors ? Vendors keep on asking to join on W2 rather that Corp to Corp although for employees on H1B we cannot join on W2 due to immigration issues. Any input on job offerings I’ve received. Morgan Stanley CRU risk officer pay is $70k with a less than 10% bonus. And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors.
