Exact number they didn’t told but as promised over call with HR it could be 5 lakh or more.
Is it true that HR will tell the number once I will take back the paper. And also what will be the lock-in period once retention bonus is accepted?

Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think?
