There is no point in thinking go for UAE, 850K is excellent package, you will save a ton and the exposure will also be good.
If I go by simple maths if you having salary of 34000AED/ month = 8,50,000 INR and after removing your living of cost and your trips to India yearly 2(14000 AED should be enough that is I am assuming), you are saving more than Airtel per month salary.

Abu Dhabi offer is not that good because I know they pay higher for mba but from this offer you'll get international exposure and if you aim for living abroad you can always keep switching there plus taxes are relevently low there
Yoe? Tech stack?
First of all congratulations, I would definitely have chosen Airtel, Abu Dhabi is not worth it!!
Thanks. Would really appreciate if you may provide a reasoning why Airtel would be better than Dubai offer.
What is your overall experience? And do you tech background? Just curious
