There are SO many ICF-approved coach training programs. A few that are pretty well known and solid choices:
iPEC
University of Texas Dallas coaching cert
Georgetown University certificate in leadership coaching

Co-Active Training Institute is a solid choice and well known too, but different type of credential than ICF.

These are all considered top programs and are pretty expensive though.

Any coaching school that is of any value will have an ICF certification at some level. The International Coaching Federation has set guidelines for accreditation. A good school I will have a minimum of 60 to 70 hours of class time, 10 hours of mentoring supervision, and about 20 hours of peer coaching. You can view what credentials a good coaching school should have here:https://coachingfederation.org/

Incidentally, I am in process of starting a coaching school with ICF accreditation. It is a fundamental coaching program with an emphasis on executive career coaching and job search/interview prep. If you would like information please let me know.

ICF is the credential but there are many good programs that are stand alone programs outside of universities and several on line solid programs out there for certifications. You don’t need the ICF to coach but many big organizations will prefer it.

Is it worth it to go back to school for a better track to a FAANG company? I’m about to give my notice at a firm I’ve been at for the majority of my legal career. They’ve recently offered me non-equity partnership (which I’ve accepted), w equity partnership on the horizon. I’m not looking forward to their reaction and feel bad about them having to take over my docket when everyone’s very busy. Any tips?

There's a lot of backstory to this but I can only type so much SO I've been with my company for 10.5 hours and just found out they've increased their base pay for starting employees $3-5/hr. I have received my annual 3-4% raises, only because I always make sure to ask for it, but nothing more. They didn't even acknowledge my 10 year anniversary with the company and it's a pretty small company (less than 100 employees). I feel I should get a $3-5/hr raise since the base pay was raised. Thoughts?
