I have been looking for an entry level job in marketing and admin assistant. I have been trying for a while. I'm located in Toronto. I also don't have prior experience except for an internship at an NGO in Toronto. It was mostly social media stuff and writing reports and newsletters. If anybody has any advice, please let me know. Hi, I am currently working at Bisleri in a quality control role with 6 YOE. My current CTC is very low (4 LPA) and I have not found any motivation or growth in my role since COVID. I'd like to be in the design industry (Graphic Design or UI UI Design). Currently I am freelancing in my spare time. My question to Design professionals is: how feasible will the switch be? Will I be accepted as an intern/junior designer in my early 30s?

I have two questions. I have 10 years of experience in multiple sectors and I have been trying to gain a leadership position. If I am looking to leave my company, considering all of these things, how do I do it in the least awkward, most professional way possible? Looking for a fully remote job! I previously worked as a Care Coordinator with a hybrid schedule but that started becoming more demanding on f2f with clientele. I’d like something different than care coordination but still stay within the field. BA in psychology with 10 years experience working with Developmental and behavioral health.
