Hi, where or what types of companies should sophomores & juniors apply for next summer (2022) to recruit for IB the following summer (2023)? This summer BBs wrapped up SA IB recruitment, EBs even earlier, and a fair amount of my friends missed out big time.

Also, if a sophomore or junior doesn’t get a finance-related summer internship (I.e tech) and aims for an IB SA or FT position, is it harder to break in?

Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer. What’s the fastest way to get to 100k+ GBP in London if I’m an M now at PwC? How should I exit / play this and what jobs pay that? For context, moved here from the US and ended up taking quite a bit of pay cut. Have a CS background.

Due to a mix of circumstance, hikes / job moves, i’ve 2x my salary over the last year.
However, regardless of much i earn, it feels as if i will never feel rich or save enough in a place like London. Crazy constantly increasing taxes, sky rocketing rents and early saturation in salaries. Is UK the right place to be or is it the same everywhere.

Is it worth for me to get a masters (non-MBA) for Cambridge / Oxford after 3-4 YOE? Currently have an offer for Master of Bioscience Enterprise at Cambridge but not sure how helpful it can be for future opportunities.
