I’m in the process of interviewing for my first SLT role. I’m meeting the rest of the SLT team next week. The role is at a boutique firm where I will be responsible for revamping their existing subscription-based platform (of strategy content).
I’d love some advice from people who have progressed from Head of Strat roles into roles within SLTs.
What questions can I anticipate and any advice on meeting SLT?

Any other first years out there worry that this virtual environment just won’t be able to teach them? I worry I’m not getting the same “plugged in” experience when I can’t knock on a door or walk into an office. Doesn’t help that my anxiety is heightened by feeling so isolated.
