Has anyone left PwC while they still had an outstanding Educational Support Program repayment agreement? What is the repayment process like? Am I required to pay back the amount in full the day I leave the firm or is there the ability to do a repayment agreement? I’m looking at new opportunities and would like to have my new firm take on the amount of the tuition agreement ($14,000) but don’t know how much that might limit my options.

They're considering all options before making decisions.
I would continue interviewing and applying. Why wait? Best case scenario, when they call you back with an offer, you'll have other offers from other companies that would hep with salary negotiations and give more incentive to speed their process up. Worst case, you find a another job while they are still fishing for the "best suited" canidate for the role. Either way, It's a employees market right now. Don't limit yourself!
Agreed, that is a nice way to say ty for your time but we aren't moving forward with your application. If they wanted to hire you, then they would of already told you their offer. 99% of the time the interview panel knows once the interview is complete if they want to move forward with you or not.
