I received and accomplish to get my ADP Entry-Level Payroll Specialist Certificate about 2 months ago and the only thing I lack on is not have the experience and I am really trying to keep the hope of finding an opportunity. What can I do to impress more or show that I have the capacity to learn the system and work hard once I know it?

I am a senior analyst with 5+ years of functional experience in health payer, 1.5 years of BA experience. Thinking about exit opportunities and deciding if it's worth pivoting into the pharmaceutical industry, startups, and or straight into a payer company. Thoughts if I should wait or exit?

I have been searching for job from quite a long time and all I have seeing HR/Panels asking for
1. Number of implementation projects done.
2. Work experience on S4 Hana.

And if I don't have atleast any one of these, I will not be considered.

Is it really that important ?

Is upgrading of ECC to S4 Hana in my hands ? And the difference is really that vast ?

After 4 years in consulting I think I’ve lost most of the hard skills that made me employable when I first graduated. I know if I stay they’ll continue to diminish so I’m stuck in a hole of buzzword project shithousery. How can I go about fixing this?

What are your thoughts on the Scrum Master role? I’ve worked with a few now and out of 5 of them, only 1 seemed to be of any help. Most of the time we have to explain every detail multiple times and they still don’t understand what we’re doing. I feel that the role should be reserved for employees with experience in the systems they work in.

1) Let’s say you’re a recent undergrad candidate with no internships on your resume. What’s the deciding factor that you’re qualified for Advisory vs Tax vs Audit? Is it school, gpa, etc.?

2) Why can’t you switch from Tax to another SL without having to pull strings? I understand that there’s a difference in tax vs book experience but why does the Accounting field gatekeep other SLs? It’s not like we’re incapable of learning other areas.

I don't have automation architect type knowledge but I do automating scenarios with selenium and Java. I am not into framework development. Now if I join CTS at 15.7 package will they expect me to work into framework development or just as a tester who does automation sprint wise scenarios. Please only genuine suggestion. Just over 6 years in B4 financial services tax in PNW area. Mostly doing compliance work pumping out K1s and returns. Just got an industry offer at 155k 15% bonus and 100k equity (4year vesting). Fully remote position with occasional travel. Should I accept? I know it's a long shot but deep down I always had an ambition to pursue PA to see if I can make a partner. Can you get fired for having low utilization as a senior? My billable hours this busy season have been much lower than my peers.

We stay until 8 or 9 everyday and then at the end of every week my manager tells me to book only 40 hours. It sucks ass and now I have to explain to my counselor why my utilization is so pedestrian...
