Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

I mean, what are the options buddy? You want low deductible, low copay generally. Are you in California? If so, get Kaiser if it’s offered.

Kaiser is the best. We had it for our two kids in Cali and GA.

You are still better off going with HDHP plan. Based your location/network of hospitals you can pick Aetna/UHC/Blue.
I used UHC HDHP before / during / after pregnancy with gestational diabetes and C section. Few extra OBGYN appointments, C Section surgery, pediatric appointments didn’t impact my assessment as much.
Pre kids we used a High Deductible low premium HSA plan. When wife got pregnant we switched to a low deductible high premium Cadillac plan just to ensure we had full coverage in case of any eventuality. And thankfully we had that coverage till kids were a couple of years old because we used it fully. After kids doctors visits started going down, switched back to a high deductible plan.
For the peace of mind and to ensure your wife has full coverage, I would urge you not to scrimp on insurance during her pregnancy
Thanks everyone, since we are close to due date, my wife is not comfortable changing OBGYN. I will look out for low out of pocket plan applicable for California location which is in-network with that doctor.
